What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Are Megababe products cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we ensure our suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Megababe products! If you are not satisfied, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to reach our babes across the globe very soon.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed with clean ingredients and are dermatologist-tested. However, since every skin type is unique, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area before full application.
