We want you to love your Megababe products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on items that don't meet your expectations. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all products must be in their original packaging and barely used to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack It Up
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the product caps are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
